Analyze customer feedback in Slack

Customer evidence often reaches Slack after a call, inside a support escalation, or through a shared customer channel. Poth turns authorized messages into evidence that can be connected to the account, issue, and behavior they describe.

What Poth reads from Slack

The managed Slack connector imports channels, messages, threads, and files available to the authorized account and scopes. Imported records retain source provenance, and cited-source cards can show the supporting message excerpt and source name.

Coverage boundary: Slack access follows workspace permissions and OAuth scopes. Private channels and direct messages are available only when the authorizing account is a member and the matching history scopes are granted.

Questions you can investigate

  • Which customer blockers are escalating across shared channels?
  • What requests are repeated by multiple high-value accounts?
  • Which issues appear in Slack before support volume increases?
  • Where are internal teams describing a different cause than customers are?

These are example questions, not claims about a customer result.

Make Slack evidence part of the customer record

A Slack message is more useful when it is joined to the customer, deal, ticket, and product behavior it refers to. Poth keeps those relationships in a customer knowledge graph and returns cited Slack evidence when it supports an answer, so readers can inspect the message behind the finding.

How the connection works

A company admin connects Slack through the provider authorization flow. Poth performs a durable import of the records the authorized workspace account can access and can keep separate connected accounts as separate sources.

Poth preserves source identity so an answer can expose its cited evidence, retrieval context, and uncertainty instead of flattening the source into an unattributed summary.

Connect a supported source, then inspect the cited evidence and retrieval context behind Poth's answer.
